During these unusual and difficult times, our thoughts and well-wishes are with you, your family including your pets; as well as your customers. Our pet industry is a tight knit community and we appreciate the important role you allow us to play in supporting you with products and services.
We are monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation on a daily basis and feel it important to communicate our current plans to ensure timely product distribution to your business and to keep our employees safe. We also want to provide an update on things we are doing to help our customers with their business.
Commitment to Customer and Community
The majority of our customers are independent small businesses. Small businesses are integral to the fabric of local communities, which is especially true for the pet products business. As our valued customer, we are committed to helping you through this crisis.
We are reducing the prices of our Boss PetEdge products (not including national brands) by 10% over the next 2 weeks. These special Sale Prices will be in effect through April 19. As we all struggle with the uncertainty and potential business impact of the COVID-19 virus, we hope this helps reduce costs/generate profit as you work though the impact to your business.

Policies to Protect Boss PetEdge Employees and Customers
We have restricted employee travel, postponed attending tradeshows, moved to web-based meetings, provided remote-work solutions and reinforced safe behavior in every environment.
In our distribution centers we have taken steps to limit potential exposure to the virus including:
• Restricted entrance into our facilities by outside personnel, including truck drivers.
• Imposed attendance guidelines for employees who are not feeling well.
• Reconfigured packing lines to create distance between employees.
• Constant cycle of sanitizing hard surfaces on packing lines, break area and bathrooms.
• Provided hand sanitizer throughout the facilities.
Please be assured our Distribution Centers and Customer Support services will be up and running as conditions allow.
We have added a Customer Communication page to the PetEdge website providing links to available information from the Centers for Disease Control and other public health officials and government agencies. We monitor those updates and will continue to follow applicable guidance to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and vendor partners.
